  To gain access to the Appliances US 5% discount, you must first contact us at
customersupport@appliancesonlineus.com

YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR CONTRACTORS OR BUILDERS LICENSE # AND YOUR FEIN #.

YOU MUST FIRST BE APPROVED BY OUR OFFICE AND NOTIFIED BY OUR OFFICE BEFORE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE 5% DISCOUNT. (Creating an account does not automatically give you the 5% discount. You must provide the proper information and you must be approved.)

Once approved, you will be notified by e-mail of your approval.

Return Policy

 
  We attempt to complete delivery within seven to ten working days on all orders. Each appliance is shipped from a factory warehouse in the United States. All orders may be cancelled within two days, if product has not been shipped. If product has been shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. After delivery, any item is returnable for seven days. Buyer is then responsible for Return Shipping Costs as well as 20% Restocking Fee. Any returned item must be in original, unopened packaging. Opened packaging or installed items are not returnable. Any refund will be made after receipt of product in new and unopened condition. All damaged items will be exchanged or repaired by factory-authorized service. Warranty repairs are the responsibility of the manufacturer. All requests for refunds must be in writing through Appliances US Web site or through Appliances US toll-free telephone support within seven days of delivery date and will require a confirmation number from Appliances US before return.  
 

Delivery

 
  We attempt to complete delivery within seven to ten working days on all
orders.  However, Whirlpool processing procedures, factory backorders and/or delivery service delays may affect this timetable.  Drop shipped to the address specified. Left in original factory container.
Appliances US is only able to ship within the continental United States.
We are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
 
 
 

Back Order

 
  We will make every attempt to notify you (within 24 hours) of any items that may be delayed due to backorder status through Whirlpool.  We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

  At Appliances US, we will only sell a brand new appliance. We do not sell rehabbed items or used items. Every Whirlpool home appliance that we offer is backed by the manufacturer's warranty.
